This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN REGISTRATION FEE:

• 8  matches  played over 4 weeks
• 40 Offensive and Defensive Reps for 7th and 8th Grade teams and 30 Offensive and Defensive Reps for all other divisions. 
• 2 matches each week
• Championship playoff tournament (3 match minimum)
• Teams scored by Jesse Sapolu's Men in the Trenches officials.
• On-site trainer

ENTRY: There is no gate fee for any 5 Up Front match or the championship tournament 

EQUIPMENT: 
Mouthguard - Players are required to wear a mouthguard during all matches. Any player without a mouthguard will not be allowed to participate. 

Soft-shell helmets are highly suggested, but not mandated.

PLAYER CARDS: On tournament day there is a full check-in with all players required to have a valid player card through the Zorts platform. These range in price from $13 based on level of card purchased. Many players will already have a player card from earlier tournaments, but for anyone who does not your coach will send instructions on purchasing a player card. These player cards are good for any tournament that takes place on the Zorts platform.
